Terms of use

Last updated: 31 October 2026.

Using the tool

UncropPhoto is free to use and needs no account. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

Your content stays yours

The images you open and the files you export belong to you, or to whoever holds their rights. Because everything happens on your device, we do not receive your images and claim no rights in them or in your results.

Rights to the images you work with

You are responsible for having the right to use and change the photos you open, and for how you use the results, including respecting copyright and the privacy of people who appear in them. The recover tools are for checking and cleaning your own files, not for accessing images that are not yours.

No warranty

The tool is provided as is and as available. Built edges are generated and the file inspector reports only what it can decode; results depend on your photo, your device and your browser. Check every result before you rely on it or publish it. We may change, pause or withdraw features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including lost data or a result that did not meet your needs. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. Questions can be sent through the contact page.

Your photos never leave your device.
